I used it from April 25th to April 27th. The staff were very kind and there were some locals who could speak a little Japanese, which was very helpful. It's close to the station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it was a very comfortable stay. I would definitely like to use your hotel again when I come to Bangkok. Great stay! The room was big, clean, and comfy, just 450 meters from Emsphere. My family loved the 24-hour tuktuk service, getting dropped off and picked up at the top of Sukhumvit 33 alley. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, with friendly and helpful staff. Rare to find a place that checks all the boxes. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience! We’ll be back next time!

Loved the huge, beautiful room and friendly service. So convenient with the Skytrain and EmQuartier shopping mall nearby. Shopping was easy and there were many restaurants in the area. We will surely come back and definitely recommend staying here!

In general, except for the slightly awkward location (there are many hotels in Sukhumvit), the hygiene of other rooms and hotel facilities are quite good. The family room is a regular two-bedroom apartment of more than 80 square meters, which is very rare in Thailand and suitable for families traveling together!
總體來説，除了位置稍微有點尷尬（素坤逸***比較多），其他房間衞生，酒店設施都算比較不錯，家庭房是正規的80多平的套二，這在泰國還是非常少見的，適合一家老少一起出遊的家庭！

We were absolutely delighted to stay in this beautiful and comfortable suite with my whole family. We were three adults and two children. The hotel’s welcome was truly impressive and the entire team took exceptional care of us. The hotel is very well located, with everything close by—of course, you need to walk a bit to really soak up the atmosphere of the area. The metro and tuk-tuks were our main means of transportation.
The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the main street so you don’t have to walk the 10 minutes, which was very convenient. Our eldest daughter thoroughly enjoyed the fitness room, and the children loved spending time at the pool.
The suite is very spacious, housekeeping is done daily, and the free minibar was restocked every day—to the great delight of the children! Thank you as well for the gifts you gave to my kids; they were truly spoiled and absolutely loved staying at the hotel.
I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back if I visit Bangkok again. Thank you for everything.

We’re family of four, stayed there for 3nights. The facilities were great, the room was awesome, the staffs are superb. Although a little isolated from the main road, the hotel makes up for it with free shuttle (24/7 service) to the main road. The isolation is a plus because the place is quiet and is very suitable for rest.

Highly recommended, great value, extraordinary staff
The junior suite was spotless, very spacious, and had everything you could need for a short or longer term visit whether on holiday or business. The quiet location is only a short walk off Sukhumvit but a world away from the noise, and 24 hour free transportation to the BTS was offered whenever we left the hotel. Most exceptional was the staff. Everyone from front desk to senior management was incredibly helpful. We had some special requests that they assisted with and they could not have been kinder.
Honestly, I have no feedback for improvement. It is a very attractive, well-functioning and comfortable hotel and the service was top rate.

Icon Narindra is the place of my dreams. The private two-bedroom I stayed in was very big and luxurious, with a free minibar, kitchen, washer, and private WiFi. I enjoyed relaxing in the pool and sauna, and having Italian food at Emporium and EmQuartier. A walk through Benchasiri Park made it even better. It’s like a home of mine that I will happily return to again and again.

I stayed here with my two 9 year olds and it was perfect - great amount of space - 2 bedrooms and lounge and kitchen, thoughtful snacks provided, high standard accommodation and the management was lovely. Useful shuttle. Great value for money. Recommended!
